Depending on your selected Chef Selection Planning Tier, the level of support can be customized to fit your needs:Tier 1 – Selection OnlyReceive curated vendor recommendations and expert guidance while you manage communication, booking, and next steps.Tier 2 – Selection & Professional CoordinationReceive additional support with vendor research, communication, coordination, and assistance moving forward with your selected vendors.My goal is to help you build the right vendor team for your event while providing the level of planning support that works best for you.

Yes. Events requiring expedited research, recommendations, coordination, or urgent planning support may be subject to a Rush Planning Fee or Emergency Planning Fee depending on the event date, selected Side Categories, scope of work, and available timeline.Rush requests are accepted based on availability and evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine the level of support required.During your consultation, we will review your timeline and planning needs to determine the appropriate level of support and investment for your event.

I do not offer standalone day-of coordination services. My planning approach focuses on partial planning support through my À La Carte Event Menu, helping you prepare, organize, and make informed decisions throughout the planning process. However, if your event requires day-of coordination, I can help you find a trusted professional from my vendor network who specializes in event-day management and execution.Through my Vendor Sides, I can assist with finding the right coordination support based on your event needs, location, and overall vision.

Each selected Side Category includes up to five curated recommendations tailored to your event vision, style, budget, location, and preferences.Rather than overwhelming you with endless options, I carefully research and vet each recommendation—saving you countless hours of research while providing trusted choices that align with your unique event needs.The exact number of recommendations may vary depending on your event requirements, location, budget, and vendor availability, but you can expect up to five thoughtfully curated options for each selected Side Category.Need more options? Additional recommendations may be added for an additional fee. This option is available for clients who would like to expand their search and receive more curated recommendations beyond the included selections.
